Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping: 7–14 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping (if selected): 3–7 business days after processing.

Please note: these are estimated times. Once an order has left our facility, delivery delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Controlled Selection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
