Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

  • We currently ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Free shipping may be offered during select promotions or once your order reaches a stated minimum amount (details at checkout).

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping (if selected): 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Please note: these are estimated times. Once an order has left our facility, delivery delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this link to check the delivery status at any time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Controlled Selection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
